Mr William Hillier

William Hillier is a door tenant with over 25 years of experience in family and civil law.

William is an expert in all aspects of family finance law. He has extensive experience representing clients with substantial assets, including property outside of the jurisdiction, pension funds, business assets, and family trusts. He also represents clients with very modest incomes where the family home is in negative equity. William is skilled at representing clients at all stages of proceedings from first-direction appointments to final hearings, as well as enforcement and variation of orders.

In addition to his work in family finance cases, William is also experienced in all types of private law children claims, including those involving paternity, domestic violence, relocation, and removal from the jurisdiction. He is also trained to accept instructions directly from clients via the Public Access Scheme.
